Step-by-step guide to transferring crypto from Paribu to your KriptoK self-custody wallet. Network selection, address verification, and safety tips.

Paribu is a convenient place to buy and sell crypto. But keeping your crypto on Paribu means Paribu controls it, not you. Your balance there is a promise, not direct ownership.
Self-custody means controlling your crypto with your own private keys. Once you transfer to a wallet like KriptoK, your assets are genuinely yours. No exchange can freeze, restrict, or take them.
The network you select on Paribu must match the network you use in KriptoK.
For example, if you’re sending USDT:
Sending to the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds. Don’t skip this check.
Open the KriptoK app. Find the token you want to receive (for example, USDT, ETH, or BTC).
Tap Fund. Select the network you want to use. KriptoK will show your wallet address for that network.
Copy the address. You can also use the QR code - Paribu supports scanning.
Security tip: After copying, verify the first 4 and last 4 characters. Malware can swap clipboard contents.
Open the Paribu app. Tap Wallet from the bottom menu. Select the crypto asset you want to transfer.
Tap Withdraw.
Two things to do on this screen:
Address: Paste the address you copied from KriptoK. Paribu will automatically validate it.
Network: Select the same network you used in KriptoK. Each network has different fees and speeds:
Enter how much you want to send. Paribu will show:
If this is your first transfer: Send a small test amount (equivalent to $10-20) before sending the full amount. Confirm it arrives correctly, then send the rest.
Paribu requires two-step verification. Enter your Google Authenticator code, then the confirmation code sent to your email.
Once both codes are entered, the transfer begins.
Expected wait times:
Open KriptoK and your assets will appear automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
Wrong network: This is the most common mistake. Always double-check which network you used when getting the address in KriptoK, and select that exact network on Paribu.
First withdrawal hold: Paribu may apply a short security hold on your first crypto withdrawal. This is normal - plan large transfers accordingly.
Token not showing: Some tokens need to be added manually. In KriptoK, tap the filter icon, select Manage Assets, then search for the token or enter its contract address.
Paribu charges a network fee on crypto withdrawals. The fee varies by network and token and is shown on the first step of the withdrawal flow. TRY deposits and withdrawals are free.
As a general rule: for large amounts, higher-fee networks like Ethereum offer more security assurances; for regular smaller transfers, Polygon or Arbitrum are more economical.
Once your crypto appears in KriptoK, you’re in true self-custody. No institution - including KriptoK - can access your funds. Make sure you’ve backed up your seed phrase securely - that’s your only recovery option.
